Debt Management Plan
Get back in control of your finances. Reduce your payments to a single affordable amount. One monthly payment covers all your debts making budgeting easier.
Individual Voluntary Arrangement
All your debt payments consolidated to a single affordable amount. Payments last for 5-6 years. Unpaid debt written off at the end.
Debt Relief Order
Write off debt you can’t afford to pay. Lasts just 12 months. No further payments towards your debts required. Free to implement. Only available if you meet strict acceptance criteria.
Bankruptcy
All your unsecured debt written off. Includes tax owed to HMRC and utility arrears. No monthly payments unless you can afford them (if so payments only last 3 years). Property might be at risk so may not be suitable for homeowners.
